FAQs
You don't have your motorcycle clothing or helmet with you? Complete rider equipment and helmets in different sizes can be rented from us on site. Additional equipment such as side cases, top case, tank bag and navigation system can also be requested and booked with us.
With all our rental motorcycles is a liability and comprehensive insurance with a maximum deductible of € 2,500 included. The deductible will be blocked before the start of your ride by credit card Visa/Mastercard or settled in cash (deposit). In case of damage, however, only the actual amount of the damage will be charged.
When you pick up the motorcycle, we will fill out a motorcycle handover form and a rental agreement with the exact data of the motorcycle and, if available, with an exact deposit of the damages. The motorcycles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned as such.
After your request and after the confirmation of availability you will receive an invoice from us, which must be paid within 7 days. Only after the payment is received, the motorcycle is reserved for you. If you have to cancel the motorcycle rental, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to and including 28 days before the motorcycle rental: 25% of the rental price.
- Up to and including 14 days before the motorcycle rental: 50 % of the rental price
- Up to and including 7 days before the motorcycle rental: 75 % of the rental price
- From and including 6 days before the motorcycle rental: 100 % of the rental price
