the tours

With all our rental motorcycles a liability and comprehensive insurance with a maximum deductible of € 2.500 is included. The deductible will be blocked before the start of your ride by credit card Visa/Mastercard or settled in cash (deposit). In case of damage, however, only the actual amount of the damage will be charged.

We can book extra nights in our start hotel and in our end hotel.
The sooner these extra nights are requested the better it is to guarantee availability at the hotel.

The transfer from the airport to the start hotel at the beginning of the tour and the transfer from the end hotel after the tour to the airport is included in the tour price (only for onroad tours!) on the day of the tour start or the day of the tour end.
If you arrive earlier or fly home later we cannot pick you up from the airport or take you back to the airport because the tour guides and support vehicle are no longer available.
If you want us to bring you back to the airport on the day of the tour start and/or the day of the tour end, please send us your exact flight details at least 2 weeks before the tour start so that we can coordinate everything.

We do not offer airport transfers for offroad tours.

After your request and after the confirmation of the available space and motorcycle you will receive an invoice from us, which must be paid within 7 days. Only after the payment is received, the tour is reserved for you. If you have to cancel the tour, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to and including 45 days before the start of the tour: 25% of the tour price
• Up to and including 31 days before the start of the tour: 50 % of the tour price
• Up to and including 14 days before the start of the tour: 75 % of the tour price
• Up to and including 7 days before the start of the tour: 90 % of the tour price
• From and including 6 days before the start of the Tour: 100 % of the tour price
